Poppy Peace - Creative Director
With over 15 years of experience in the home furnishings and interiors business, Poppy has worked closely with Private Clients, Property Developers and Estate Agents throughout her career. She brings key knowledge and expertise to the company on a vast scope, from product and interior design, to operations and business management.
Poppy has been with Milc since its inception and has been integral to the shaping and growth of the company into the success it is today. With a friendly and honest approach, she always upholds the Milc ethos and is closely supported by her well-established team.
From Poppy’s entertaining anecdotes to the challenges and joys of motherhood, the weekend is all about family time. Her must have great escape once a year is to Europe’s snowy mountains for snowboarding and mulled wine.

Luke Mellor - Sales Director
Luke has built a wealth of experience across the UK property market, having held a senior role at CBRE and leading the residential lettings team in the West End, where he acted as an Associate Director on projects throughout Prime Central London.
Luke has an accomplished understanding of the residential property market and is always happy to advise our clients of the best possible service. He is also responsible for managing and building relations with investors and clients alike, ensuring that they understand all the processes at MILC and that they receive the perfect customer journey possible, every time. The attention to detail and energy that Luke brings to each client engagement ensures projects are met on time and relationships are maintained with the utmost professionalism.
In his spare time, Luke’s hobbies include playing golf, going to the gym and supporting his favourite football team – AFC Bournemouth.

Holly Gannon - Design Manager
She enjoys spending time with her much loved Pomeranian, Asterix and always looks forward to planning her next adventure travelling with friends and family

Gamze Kaya - Interior Designer
Gamze graduated from Ravensbourne University with a degree in Interior Architecture, her design style follows a mix of creativity and functionality. She has 10 years’ experience in luxury residential design Gamze is skilful at both leading projects and liaising with clients. She offers the complete range of skill sets needed to execute a project to the highest level.
Her identity is rooted in a mix of colourful cultures and her love for design started at a young age. Her creative curiosity and determination to chase her dreams has earned her opportunities to work on various scales of projects from all around the world.
She enjoys spending her time riding her much-loved horse Travis and enjoys going on adventures with her family and friends.

Rosie Sampson - Interior Designer
In her spare time, Rosie enjoys wandering around the latest exhibitions at Victoria & Albert Museum, walking her Cocker-Spaniel Lola and sourcing vintage furniture for her own apartment.

Danielle Leavold - Interior Designer
In her spare time, Dee lives an active lifestyle, enjoys visiting new places with inspiring interiors and spends time socialising with friends.

Rudi Hynes - Interior Designer
Rudi began her professional career working on commercial and hospitality projects for restaurants, hotels and bars. This includes prestigious locations such as The Colony Club and Malmaison Edinburgh City. Having a passion for residential interiors and wanting to focus on this area, she navigated her way to Milc where she shares her design style as bold and maximal.
She enjoys translating client briefs, to ensure their personal style and character are reflected within their home, whilst also being functional.

Joana Popova – Interior Designer
Her experience led her to a role within Milc where she works with clients to create luxurious schemes, taking the time to understand their brief with a high level of detail. Often leading many unique projects at a time, Jo brings expertise in adding the finishing touches in her designs, turning them into a home. Her personal design style is contemporary with industrial elements with lots of texture and colour. In her spare time, she loves travelling and taking long walks with friends in the countryside.

Gabriella Cooke – Interior Design Assistant
After graduating, Gabbie completed an internship before starting with Milc. She has always had an eye for interior trends and loves neutral colour palettes with luxurious textures.
Gabbie enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends. She is always excited to travel, attend concerts and try new foods.

Chanay Manners – Project and Procurement Manager
Chanay brings an energetic and bubbly attitude to her hard-working nature and enjoys socialising, travelling, and engaging in the emerging London roller skating scene.
