Poppy Peace - Creative Director

With over 15 years of experience in the home furnishings and interiors business, Poppy has worked closely with Private Clients, Property Developers and Estate Agents throughout her career. She brings key knowledge and expertise to the company on a vast scope, from product and interior design, to operations and business management.

Poppy has been with Milc since its inception and has been integral to the shaping and growth of the company into the success it is today. With a friendly and honest approach, she always upholds the Milc ethos and is closely supported by her well-established team.

From Poppy’s entertaining anecdotes to the challenges and joys of motherhood, the weekend is all about family time. Her must have great escape once a year is to Europe’s snowy mountains for snowboarding and mulled wine.


Luke Mellor - Sales Director

Luke has built a wealth of experience across the UK property market, having held a senior role at CBRE and leading the residential lettings team in the West End, where he acted as an Associate Director on projects throughout Prime Central London.

Luke has an accomplished understanding of the residential property market and is always happy to advise our clients of the best possible service. He is also responsible for managing and building relations with investors and clients alike, ensuring that they understand all the processes at MILC and that they receive the perfect customer journey possible, every time. The attention to detail and energy that Luke brings to each client engagement ensures projects are met on time and relationships are maintained with the utmost professionalism.

In his spare time, Luke’s hobbies include playing golf, going to the gym and supporting his favourite football team – AFC Bournemouth.


Holly Gannon - Design Manager

Holly graduated from University of the Arts London with a degree in Interior & Spatial Design. She then went on to work for an award-winning interior design studio in Mayfair. She Joined Milc in 2019 becoming a leading member of the design team. She has valuable experience in high-end residential projects and a key understanding of the larger-scale developments throughout London. Holly is consistently dedicated to achieving the highest of standards for each client, with calm, refined and contemporary interiors.

She enjoys spending time with her much loved Pomeranian, Asterix and always looks forward to planning her next adventure travelling with friends and family


Calvin Eastham - Senior Project and Procurement Manager

Calvin has been working in the design and build industry for over 10 years. As a project and procurement manager, he focuses on the supply of FF&E, liaising with suppliers and contractors and streamlining in house processes. Calvin finds it a privilege and extremely rewarding to work alongside highly talented individuals from varying fields in the industry. He states that the key to design, let there be beauty where there can be.

Gamze Kaya - Interior Designer

Gamze graduated from Ravensbourne University with a degree in Interior Architecture, her design style follows a mix of creativity and functionality. She has 10 years’ experience in luxury residential design Gamze is skilful at both leading projects and liaising with clients. She offers the complete range of skill sets needed to execute a project to the highest level.

Her identity is rooted in a mix of colourful cultures and her love for design started at a young age. Her creative curiosity and determination to chase her dreams has earned her opportunities to work on various scales of projects from all around the world.

She enjoys spending her time riding her much-loved horse Travis and enjoys going on adventures with her family and friends.


Rosie Sampson - Interior Designer

After initially starting out working within another industry, Rosie followed her passion and took the path that would lead her to her dream job of residential Interior Designer. Rosie achieved a BA (Hons) Interior Design & Decoration, from Southampton Solent University, which enabled her to delve into numerous areas within the interiors industry, from residential and commercial interior design, styling & photography and hand-designing wallpapers and fabrics in surface design. Rosie then went on to gain invaluable industry experiencing working in both Interior and Kitchen Design industries. A creative mindset and an enthusiasm to achieve, allows Rosie to connect with the client and their brief, in order to achieve a picture-perfect interior.

In her spare time, Rosie enjoys wandering around the latest exhibitions at Victoria & Albert Museum, walking her Cocker-Spaniel Lola and sourcing vintage furniture for her own apartment.


Danielle Leavold - Interior Designer

Danielle, known to us as Dee, always wanted to be an Interior Designer for as long as she can remember. She turned these dreams into a reality by graduating at the Arts University of Bournemouth in Interior Architecture and Design and has been working in high-end residential design for a number of years developing her skill set in FF&E specification. She is excited to grow further as a designer and explore her inner creative flare. Some of Dee’s favourite areas of design include creative design meetings with clients to achieve their dream homes and developing these designs using samples, finishes, fabrics and textures to bring a scheme to life.

In her spare time, Dee lives an active lifestyle, enjoys visiting new places with inspiring interiors and spends time socialising with friends.


Rudi Hynes - Interior Designer

Rudi began her professional career working on commercial and hospitality projects for restaurants, hotels and bars. This includes prestigious locations such as The Colony Club and Malmaison Edinburgh City. Having a passion for residential interiors and wanting to focus on this area, she navigated her way to Milc where she shares her design style as bold and maximal.

She enjoys translating client briefs, to ensure their personal style and character are reflected within their home, whilst also being functional.

Joana Popova

Joana Popova – Interior Designer

Joana, known in our team as Jo, started her design career over 6 years ago working as an interior designer and stylist based in Kensington. She then went on to join Milc’s sister company working as a senior stylist, focusing primarily on luxury home staging within super prime residential properties. She has experience with private clients and an array of well-known property developers.

Her experience led her to a role within Milc where she works with clients to create luxurious schemes, taking the time to understand their brief with a high level of detail. Often leading many unique projects at a time, Jo brings expertise in adding the finishing touches in her designs, turning them into a home. Her personal design style is contemporary with industrial elements with lots of texture and colour. In her spare time, she loves travelling and taking long walks with friends in the countryside.

Gabriella Cooke

Gabriella Cooke – Interior Design Assistant

Gabriella, known to us as Gabbie, has always been captivated by interiors; decorating room sets with soft furnishings, adding layers with various textures and enhancing spaces with decorative accessories. Her first job in a luxury interior retail setting gave her the inspiration to pursue her passion for design, she graduated from KLC School of Design in 2021 with a degree in Interior Design.

After graduating, Gabbie completed an internship before starting with Milc. She has always had an eye for interior trends and loves neutral colour palettes with luxurious textures.

Gabbie enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends. She is always excited to travel, attend concerts and try new foods.


Chanay Manners – Project and Procurement Manager

Having graduated from law school, Chanay began her career with a known furnishing and design company, where she developed valuable experience over the years within sales, customer account management, project management and procuring. She brings to Milc a wealth of analytical skills to support with a strong operational process, whilst expanding her experience of the intricacies and creativity of a high-end interior design company.

Chanay brings an energetic and bubbly attitude to her hard-working nature and enjoys socialising, travelling, and engaging in the emerging London roller skating scene.


Veronica Di Carlo – Project and Procurement Co-ordinator

Veronica is a law graduate who has experience in coordinating large scale furniture projects. She previously worked as a project coordinator for five years before joining the Milc team. A highly motivated and methodical individual with strong organisational skills, Veronica uses creative problem solving to offer solutions to improve the efficiency of everyday tasks whilst ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything she does.
