With over 20 years in the design industry, Nicola leads the Milc team with a passion for client collaboration and for delivering inspirational interiors that are crafted with quality and attention to detail.
With experience in hospitality, workplace, and high-end residential design sectors – she is able to span a great range of briefs and understand the needs of clients from many backgrounds. Her focus at Milc includes encouraging continuous learning and keeping abreast of new design standards, materials, and trends. Relationships with key suppliers, designers and artists are an important part of her focus.
She thrives on seeing the transformation of a building and working closely with specialist contractors to transform the interiors and create unique detailing with bespoke joinery, lighting elements and well-crafted furniture pieces.
At Milc she enjoys working closely with the design team to ensure the client experience is prioritised and that the design output is always at a high standard.
