Milc’s award winning interior design team have developed two unique collections that are easily tailored to your individual property requirements in order to meet your every need in terms of style, finish and comfort.

CREATED AND CURATED

Milc's turn-key collections have been created and curated with developers and tenants, in mind. Working closely with property agents to understand the current trends in the lettings, sales and relocation markets, Milc’s specialist insight ensures you achieve the highest possible return on your investment.
Modern
Our Modern collection features Scandinavian influences to create a bright and airy design throughout. Light oak and walnut finishes ground each space and pops of colour give a contemporary edge.
We recommend adding colour to your scheme with vibrant window treatments and accessories.
Luxe
Our Luxe Collection is our most elegant with brass finishes and rich velvets throughout. Furniture has a classic contemporary style throughout as well as a variety of light and dark case goods.
We recommend using a mix of neutral textures throughout this collection and adding subtle colour within cushions and soft accessories.
The Process

Our collections have been curated to work perfectly together, simply contact one of our design consultants to help you select the right collection for the property.

Once selected our experienced logistics team will make arrangements with you for full delivery and installation at a time that suits you, we can collect keys and work around your schedules.

We will deliver, unpack, assemble and install your furniture exactly where you need it, removing all packaging and making sure everything looks perfect.
Delivery & Install
Our in house delivery and installation team have worked with Milc from inception. We know and trust all of the team, who in turn completely understand the detail and finish expected from the Milc brand. Once installed we aim to leave the property ready for occupation.
The Environment
We continually assess the environmental impact of our operations and, through minimizing the use of materials and resources, reduce our wastage to the lowest practical level. We give consideration to the environmental effects of our product sourcing and use UK suppliers for many of our projects. Wherever possible, we use materials and components that can be recycled.
