One Bishopsgate Plaza
By Milc Interiors
Winning awards for projects all over the world, London and Manchester based studio Milc Interiors designed a set of luxurious of one, two and three-bed Show Apartments for the exclusive Sky Residences at One Bishopsgate Plaza in the vibrant city of London.
Working in partnership with Europe’s flagship Pan Pacific Hotel, Milc has created bespoke schemes for each space, that focus on fusing East-Asian concept design and inspiration with the pinnacle of luxury finishes and British craftsmanship.
Part hospitality, part residential, each apartment is inspired by both the Pan Pacific brand and raw energy of London, to create spaces in which residents can relax, entertain and take a break from the busy city.
“The apartments are a juxtaposition of the location and each has been uniquely created to be an escape from the bustling city below. Design features from the building’s architecture are reflected within the use of raw materials, light and mirrors to reflect the city landscape as a whole. The ambience of the spaces has been designed with rest, re-energising and entertaining in mind, taking inspiration from the hotel brand”
Design Manager, Milc Interiors
All upholstery and case goods, designed and handmade in the UK, were complemented by specially-commissioned art and a multi-faceted scent profile for each space. Milc focused on a multi-sensory experience that drew residents through the space using dark woods, rich textures and soft, organic shapes with grounding materials such as bronze and gold. The design borrows from the sky, with pale sunset tones and draws from the story of Pan Pacific breaking ground in London. Most importantly, the apartments set the scene for the panoramic city views, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing moment.
Design focused with an understanding that both developers and private clients need a tailored, personal approach to projects, Milc delivers on-time and on-brief and ensures eye-catching interior schemes that delight the end-user.
