The Modern
Residential 3 bedroom apartment.
We worked closely with our client to furnish his 3-bedroom apartment at Embassy Gardens and to create a stylish and modern space that is also functional for the family.
The full design consultancy scope included modification of bathrooms as well as bespoke joinery, marble integrated tabletop and feature upholstered pieces in every room. We added plush sofas with contrasting feature back fabric for extra detailing. We added rust tones through the soft accessories and carefully curated art for a warmer, cosier feel which was important for the client. The chosen window treatments softened the scheme.
We added a luxurious and modern suspended pendant light above the seamlessly integrated marble tabletop which was modified to the clients’ requirements.

The principal bedroom was designed with darker and moodier tones in mind. We used a rich forest green velvet fabric on the statement wall-to-wall headboard and darker wood throughout. Paired with the pendant ceiling lights we created a luxurious yet calming space.
The additional bedrooms maintained the same attention to detail, blending functionality and aesthetics.
